The main responsibility of the Data Management and Analytics Consultant is to provide analytical and operational inputs to the implementation of the Bank Group’s fragility agenda. The consultant will provide a quantitative support to the Transition States Coordination Office (RDTS) around four areas: (1) Rollout of the 2026 and 2027 Country Resilience and Fragility Assessment (CRFA) framework and its derivative analytical and knowledge products; (2) Support on the development of the of the CRFA 2.0 methodological framework and related activities; (3) Completion of the 2022-26 Strategy for addressing fragility and building resilience; (4) Portfolio Management of the Transition Support Facility (TSF).
