The front office of the Vice Presidency for Private Sector, Infrastructure, and Industrialization (PISA) is the Secretariat of the Technical and Quality Assurance Committee (TQAC) for PIVP which review all public sector operations to ensure high-quality standards of Bank Group operations, in accordance with the Presidential Directive N°06/2024 concerning the establishment, functions, supervision and terms of reference of Management Committees that are subordinate to the Senior Management Co-ordination Committee and the Operations Committee.

As a result, the PIVP front office as the Secretariat to PIVP TQAC supports the Chairperson, coordinates meetings, records minutes, prepares summaries of proceedings and decisions, and maintains records of proceedings. Due to the bunching period faced and the high volume of operations and meetings to handle, PISA is looking for a junior consultant to provide support to PIVP TQAC Secretariat to contribute to the delivery of the Secretariat.
