NEPAD-IPPF therefore requires the services of a Consultant – Transport Infrastructure Project Preparation and Development Officer. The Consultant should have practical, hands-on experience in the preparation and development of infrastructure projects and only candidates with the requisite qualifications and experience will be considered. The Consultant should have core expertise in the Transport Sector, but knowledge and experience in one or more other of the key infrastructure sectors supported by the Special Fund such as energy, water and ICT would be appreciated.
