The objective of the assignment is to provide high-quality investment and transaction support to the SEFA team, with particular emphasis on project finance, blended finance structuring, private capital mobilization and prudent management of concessional resources. The Consultant will support the preparation, appraisal and execution of bankable, high-impact renewable energy and energy access transactions, while ensuring alignment with Bank policies, SEFA priorities, DFI blended finance principles and relevant approval requirements.
