The African Development Bank, through the Africa Circular Economy Facility (ACEF), seeks to recruit a consulting firm to support the Government of Ethiopia in developing a national Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) Framework for plastic products and packaging. The assignment will support the design of institutional, governance, operational, and financial arrangements required for the implementation of an EPR system, while strengthening stakeholder engagement and promoting the integration of recycling enterprises and informal waste sector actors into plastic waste management systems.
