The African Development Bank, through the Africa Circular Economy Facility (ACEF), seeks to recruit a consulting firm to support the Government of Mauritius in developing and operationalizing a national Circular Public Procurement (CPP) Framework. The assignment will support the integration of circular economy principles into public procurement systems through the development of policy and regulatory frameworks, operational guidance and procurement criteria, and capacity-building activities for public and private sector stakeholders.
