The AfDB is intending to acquire the services of a Junior Procurement Consultant Operations to support the project procurement activities financed by the Bank in Angola and Sao Tome and Principe to ensure that they are compliant with the Bank’s Procurement Policy. The Junior Procurement Consultant Operations will be based in Luanda, Angola and will administratively report to the Regional Procurement Coordinator (in short RPC) in Pretoria, South Africa. For technical matters relating to procurement issues, the Junior Procurement Consultant Operations would report and seek assistance from the Procurement Operations Officer in Angola.
