The African Development Bank is seeking an experienced consultant with at least seven years’ experience in project finance, corporate banking, and equity investment to provide technical and transaction support for private sector investments in industry and services within its Non-Sovereign Operations Division (NSO).

The assignment is  six-month home-based starting September 2026, involving tasks such as transaction structuring, processing financing instruments, and preparing investment documents. 

The consultant will report to the Division Manager, Industry and Services, NSO and support the investment team through the full transaction cycle across sectors critical to Africa's industrialization and economic diversification .
