The objective of this assignment is to support the effective operationalization and management of the Canada–African Development Bank Climate Fund (CACF) and contribute to the delivery of the Bank’s responsibilities under the Clean Technology Fund (CTF). The consultant will provide technical and operational support across the full project cycle, including pipeline development, project origination and structuring, and implementation support for climate finance operations. The consultant will also play a key role in ensuring timely and high-quality donor reporting, facilitating coordination with internal and external stakeholders, supporting governance processes, and contributing to the strategic development of CACF and CTF activities, with particular attention to climate impact, concessional finance effectiveness, and gender integration
