The Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist will support the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Lab (Elab) in strengthening its results measurement, performance monitoring, and impact assessment functions. The consultant will be responsible for managing the Lab’s Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) system, tracking progress against key performance indicators, supporting data collection and analysis, measuring the impact of entrepreneurship and innovation interventions, and producing evidence-based reports and insights. The assignment will contribute to improving accountability, learning, decision-making, and reporting while ensuring alignment with the African Development Bank’s results frameworks and strategic objectives.
