The services to be provided under the Assignment include: (i) budget monitoring and reporting for PSEG and the Board of Governors (BGOV), including contribution to budget preparation, forecasts and budget transfers; (ii) follow-up of commitments, invoices and payments, including supplier reconciliations and daily monitoring of transactions; (iii) financial management of the Bank’s institutional events, including financial closure reports; (iv) drafting and harmonization of Standard Operating Procedures and support to the Section’s digitalization and continuous improvement initiatives; and (v) any other task assigned by the Head of Section within the scope of the assignment.
