The services include conducting a comprehensive, evidence-based school needs assessment in Kiryandongo and Masindi districts and supporting the design and operationalisation of a fit-for-context School Feeding Programme model. The Consultant will assess school-level needs, institutional and operational arrangements, infrastructure, nutrition, food safety, WASH, supply chains and implementation capacity; develop and deploy data-collection tools; prioritise investments; prepare cost and financing scenarios; and develop a phased implementation roadmap, Theory of Change, Results Framework and key performance indicators.
