As part of the implementation of the Transition Support Facility (TSF) Pillar III Project – “Strengthening the Capacity of Transition States for Effective Management and Mitigation of Debt Distress Risks”, the African Development Institute (ECAD) seeks to recruit a Junior Consultant to support the design and delivery of executive training, technical assistance, policy dialogue, and knowledge products for beneficiary 22 Transition States.

The consultant will develop and deliver capacity development programmes including training, development of practical toolkits, technical assistance, policy dialogue and peer-to-peer learning in public finance, debt management and macro-fiscal management in transition countries. They will also contribute to policy dialogue, peer learning, and institutional capacity-building initiatives under the Project.
