The African Development Bank (AfDB) is implementing the New Headquarters Programme, a strategic capital investment to develop a modern headquarters campus aligned with the Bank’s long-term institutional objectives. The Bank invites qualified firms to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the provision of Programme Development Management and Programme Controls Services to support the planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and delivery of the Programme over its anticipated eight-year lifecycle.

Interested firms must demonstrate extensive experience in managing large, complex capital programmes and provide the following key experts:

Programme Development Manager (PDM)

Programme Controls Manager (PCM)
