Brief Description: The African Development Bank (AfDB) seeks to recruit a consulting firm to provide an integrated team of specialists to strengthen the operational capacity of the Tanzania CDMU. The assignment will support geospatial mapping and data analytics, policy and regulatory development, energy sector financing and investment planning, as well as monitoring and evaluation systems to facilitate the implementation of the Tanzania National Energy Compact and Mission 300 objectives
