The PPF Secretariat hosted in the Resource Mobilization & Partnership Department (FIRM.1) oversees the overall PPF implementation, advises operational departments its use, facilitates and tracks the approval of PPF proposals, undertakes financial monitoring of the facility, and produces an annual report to be shared with the Board of Directors. It strengthens the awareness of the facility within the Bank Group and among ADF-eligible countries through various outreach activities. Furthermore, the PPF Secretariat in consultation with the relevant Operational and Fiduciary Departments keeps track of the status of each PPF operation, including each reimbursement of an advance.

To that effect, the Secretariat is looking for one individual consultant to support the implementation of PPF as outlined in the Scope of services and deliverables of the assignment.
