The African Development Bank, through its Regional Power Systems Operations Division for the Eastern Region (PESD4), is seeking to recruit one (1) Individual Consultant, Electrical Engineer, to prepare the completion report for the Power Grid Interconnection Project of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and Burundi, within the framework of the NELSAP project co-financed by the Bank and the European Union.
