The African Development Bank (AfDB) invites eligible consulting firms to provide legal and regulatory advisory services for energy sector reforms in Lesotho and Malawi under the AESTAP M300 Phase II program financed by SEFA. The assignment includes strengthening legal and regulatory frameworks for the electricity, petroleum, and gas sectors in Lesotho and reviewing and amending Malawi's Electricity Act, 2004, to facilitate increased private sector participation in electricity transmission and distribution.
