The overall objective is to migrate the Bank's legacy Oracle Discoverer reports to the target Oracle Cloud Analytics (OAC) platform, ensuring continuity of reporting and enabling new self-service analytical capabilities. 

The assignment aims to:

Migrate without redeveloping all existing Oracle Discoverer reports (initial estimate: ~120 reports) to OAC without loss of functionality or data integrity.

Ensure knowledge transfer to the internal Data Analytics Division for maintenance and self-service report authoring.

Deliver complete technical and user documentation of the migration process.
