The assignment will support the Lusophone Compact Secretariat in implementing the investment, risk mitigation, and technical assistance priorities of the three-year work program. The Junior Consultant will help identify business opportunities, support non-sovereign operations teams in advancing transactions, and contribute to the active management of the Lusophone Compact pipeline and portfolio. The overall objective is to strengthen the impact of AfDB interventions and support private sector development in Lusophone Compact member countries through innovative, development-oriented, and financially sound investments.
