The African Development Bank Group (AfDB), through the Regional Integration Coordination Office (RDRI), is preparing the next Regional Integration Strategic Framework (RISF) 2026–2033. The RISF will guide the Bank’s strategic direction for regional integration over the next cycle, with emphasis on infrastructure connectivity, trade facilitation, industrialization and regional value chains, financial integration, implementation effectiveness, and inclusive development. 

To ensure that the new RISF is evidence-based, operationally relevant, and informed by the perspectives of key stakeholders, RDRI seeks to engage an Individual Consultant to design, facilitate, and synthesize structured consultations with private sector actors and youth stakeholders across Africa. The assignment will generate practical insights on how the Bank can strengthen private sector participation, youth employment, entrepreneurship, innovation, skills development, SME integration, and citizen engagement within regional integration operations and policy dialogue.
