The African Development Bank (AfDB) is seeking a Junior Consultant to contribute to the work of its Urban Development Division. The Consultant will engage in key activities such as supporting municipalities through city diagnostics and technical tools, advancing urban planning and governance reforms, enhancing municipal finance readiness, and developing a pipeline of urban infrastructure projects. The role also includes organizing and participating in high-level knowledge events, strengthening partnerships, and contributing to project preparation and implementation missions.
