The African Development Bank Group seeks an individual consultant to support the finalization of the Gender Action Plan (2027–2031). The consultant will provide technical support for consolidating consultation findings, drafting and refining the Gender Action Plan, developing implementation and results frameworks, supporting management review processes, and preparing final documentation for approval and submission.
