Provide administrative and logistical support for the implementation of reintegration project activities.
Assist in beneficiary registration, documentation, filing and data entry in line with IOM procedures.
Support the organization of project activities including workshops, trainings, sensitization sessions and meetings.
Assist with procurement, logistics and administrative processes related to project activities, in coordination with relevant units.
Support data collection, consolidation and basic analysis for monitoring and reporting purposes.
Maintain proper physical and electronic filing and archiving of project documentation.
Support the preparation of internal updates, activity reports and donor reporting inputs.
Assist senior project staff during field missions, monitoring visits and verification exercises.
Liaise with other relevant units as necessary.
Ensure timely communication and information sharing within the project team.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
Completed secondary education is required.
A university degree in Social Work, Political Sciences, Psychology, Sociology, Development Studies, Migration Studies or a related field is an advantage.
Accredited universities are those listed in the UNESCO World Higher Education Database.
Six (06) years of relevant professional experience with secondary education; or
Four (04) years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree.
Demonstrated experience in reintegration, project implementation and coordination.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Proven ability to monitor quality, performance and compliance with procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including coaching and feedback abilities.
Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
Fluency in French and English (oral and written) is required.
Knowledge of a national language is an advantage.
Knowledge of English and one of Guinea’s local languages would be an asset.
Language proficiency may be evaluated through written and/or oral assessments during the recruitment process.
