The African Development Bank is a regional multilateral development finance institution established in 1963 with a mandate to further economic development and social progress of African countries, individually and collectively. It cooperates with a large network of international development partners and has a very good standing with the capital markets.
The Microeconomics, Institutional and Development Impact Division (ECMR.2) is responsible for the ex-ante Additionality and Development Outcome Assessment (ADOA) of the Bank's Non-Sovereign Operations (NSOs). Each year, ECMR.2 summarizes the activities undertaken by the ADOA team during the year in its annual ADOA Report that includes information on non-sovereign operations (NSOs) and regional operations (ROs) assessed during the year. In view of this, ECMR.2 wishes to engage the services of a Designer/Infographics to carry out specific tasks associated with the final design of the 2025 ADOA Annual report.
