The African Development Bank (“the Bank”) hereby invites individual consultants to express their interest in providing services as a Senior Energy Sector Regulations Consultant to support the delivery of the Regulation Pillar under the Africa Energy Sector Technical Assistance Programme (AESTAP) and Mission 300 (M300). The Consultant will be embedded within the Bank’s regulatory workstream and will report directly to the Chief Energy Sector Regulations Specialist, supporting the design, coordination, and implementation of regulatory technical assistance activities across selected Regional Member Countries (RMCs).
