The International Presales Enablement (IPSE) plays a key role in providing solution design & validation support to presales & consulting teams across the regions and territories within International Zone and is looking after Global Presales Practice for all International Presales professionals.
The IPSE OX Presales Department is key to introducing new solutions for our international markets through the Operational Experience (OX) Strategic Value Proposition (SVP). We focus on helping smart industries and smart cities adopt technologies like Industrial IoT and Digital Twins, improving operational efficiency and user experience. By understanding customer needs, we demonstrate the value of OX solutions in solving real-world challenges.
Main Activities
Provide pre-sales technical consultation to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns related to IT/OT Integration and IIoT Solutions in Smart Industries & Smart Cities verticals.
Develop comprehensive IT/OT integration architectures and solutions aligned with Orange Business’s operational experience value propositions, focusing on IIoT, smart factories, and smart city technologies.
Organize technical workshops with Plant managers, City Operations, Supply Chain.
Deliver compelling technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof of concepts to customers, articulating complex IT/OT solutions in simple, business-relevant terms.
Secure as required additional resources in bid response teams to accommodate specific customer requirements in accordance with Orange Business Services established processes and policies.
Support development of value propositions to customer that are transversal to our Operational Experience portfolio.
Support IT/OT approach, by designing Industrial IOT solutions that meet customers’ requirements and build costing and proposals that balance value to the customer and profitability to Orange Business and competitiveness.
Support on-site OT assessments / Site surveys with factory shop-floor teams to help define references architectures and technology roadmaps.
Lead Proof of Concept (POC) implementations to showcase the feasibility and benefits of Industrial IoT solutions.
Act in a coaching role, providing support to less experienced team members, helping the OX Community growth.
Be the trusted technical advisor, guiding clients on the importance of a secure digital infrastructure for OT as the underpinning enabler for Industrial IoT use cases, including Industrial LAN, Private 5G/LTE, and OT Cyber Security.
Work alongside international teams to ensure alignment with global strategies and leverage cross-functional expertise in developing solutions.
Stay up to date with trends in IIoT, Smart factories and smart cities, ensuring that solutions meet current and future market demands.
Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure seamless transition from presales to project execution, providing technical oversight where necessary.
Maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners, ensuring that the latest technologies are incorporated into solutions.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience working with international teams and in multi-cultural environments.
Strong understanding of IT and OT systems, including SCADA, PLCs, MES, ERP, and cloud platforms.
Experience with IIoT protocols and technologies (e.g., MQTT, OPC UA, Modbus).
Knowledge of industrial cybersecurity principles.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and edge computing solutions.
Proven track record in a presales or technical consulting role, including customer engagements, solution design, and proposal development.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Engineering, or related field
Master’s degree in industrial engineering is plus.
Qualification:
7+ years of experience in designing and implementing IT/OT integration, industrial automation, industrial networking or IIoT, with a focus on manufacturing and smart city technologies.
3+ Presales experience in smart industries & smart cities verticals is a must.
Certifications:
Certifications in relevant industrial technologies and IIOT (e.g., ISA, Siemens)
OT/IoT Security certificates is a plus.
