Key responsibilities
* Act as a primary contact for assigned customers and one-time customers dealing with counter.
* Provide invoices and documents requested by assigned customers and one-time customers dealing with counter.
* Assist in identifying service opportunities when dealing with assigned customers.
* Send detailed sales leads to Sales team for commercial action.
* Assist in the prompt & efficient resolution of customer complaints and concerns.
* Provides updated & appropriate information on issues to customers verbally & in writing.
* Responsible for collecting details, maintaining a log book of complaints and services provided to alleviate customer concerns.
* Responsible for accuracy and timeliness of provision of information provided to clients.
* Constantly follow up on service trends, customer preferences, assists in the design of customer satisfaction surveys.
* Maintain and update customer database.
* Set up periodic meetings with customers for services evalution and mapping (to be extended to Sales, CCO, COO & MD).
* Assist Finance / Invoicing Team to maintain invoicing accuracy
We are looking for
an incumbent having:
- fundamental knowledge of Marketing, selling services and transportation industry
- good analytical skills, including the ability to extract, compile and analyze data.
- excellent interpersonal skills & an ability to interact with customers tactfully
