The consultant will support the development of web interface for the ECCE Department. More precisely, the Consultant will: (i); Implement and configure the Regional Economic Outlook (REO) reporting platform, including user account creation, role-based access control, and integration of submission templates; (ii) Conduct thorough testing to ensure platform functionality and provide user support for navigation and access; (iii) Identify synergies with AfDB various platforms for better coordination; (iv) Develop and automate tools for report generation (PDF/Word), dashboards for activity monitoring, and internal notifications for workflow management; (v) improve document production, quality control, and workflow efficiency with notifications and staff information integration; (vi) Create dynamic data collection forms, along with interactive planning and activity mapping tools by country and sector; (vii) Establish collaborative internal spaces for team discussions, document sharing, and generate automated statistical reports with export options.
