The role of the assignment is to assist the relevant Task Manager to undertake/prepare Project Completion Reports (PCRs) of the South Africa Infrastructure Governance and Green Growth Programme. This is a one-year policy-based loan (budget support) that was approved in July 2025. The operation became effective on 15 August 2025 and disbursed on 15 September 2025.
Power Systems Development Department(PESD 5) wishes to hire a consultant to assist the relevant Task Managers to undertake/prepare Project Completion Report for this Programme.
The purpose of PCRs is to assess implementation and achievement of development results of the projects; and identify lessons learned in designing and managing future programs. The PCRs summarize the project’s contribution to development outcomes and the degree to which the project achieved its development objectives and outputs as set out in the appraisal report. They also assess performance, relevance, and sustainability of operations, including compliance with relevant safeguards.
