ECMR.2 assesses the expected development outcomes of RO project and rates them during each RO prioritization cycle, where the team needs to process a relatively large number of projects in a short period of time whilst maintaining the rigour of the assessmentDepartment.ECMR.2 is currently seeking to recruit a senior consultant with experience in assessing the development impact of regional operations and with strong report writing skills. The consultant will be hired to evaluate the expected development outcomes of the Bank’s regional operations proposals for 2026 and draft the ADOA RO notes.
