The African Development Bank (“the Bank”) hereby invites eligible Consulting Firms to express their interest in providing services for the Development of the Electricity Regulatory Index for Africa (ERI) 2026. The assignment will cover the full technical and analytical delivery of ERI 2026, including data collection, index construction, country and regional analysis, advanced data analytics, visualization, and preparation of the final ERI report and accompanying products.
