The African Development Bank (the Bank) hereby invites individual consultants to express their interest in providing services as Mid-Term Review (MTR) Consultant for the Africa Fertilizer Financing Mechanism (AFFM).
Interested applicants must provide information demonstrating that they possess the required qualifications and professional experience to successfully carry out the Mid-Term Review in the agriculture and/or specifically fertilizer sector. This includes a detailed Curriculum Vitae, description of similar assignments previously undertaken, evidence of experience with evaluation or review missions, references, and any relevant documentation substantiating their capacity to perform the assignment. Expressions of Interest should clearly indicate the candidate’s nationality, country of residence, and contact details.
The eligibility criteria, establishment of a shortlist, and selection process shall follow the Bank’s Procurement Policy for the Recruitment of Individual Consultants. Please note that submitting an Expression of Interest does not constitute any obligation on the part of the Bank to shortlist or select an applicant.
