The African Development Bank hereby invites Individual Consultants to express their interest in the following assignment: Quality Assurance Consultant for Director General, RDGS Front Office.
The Regional Development and Service Delivery Office for Southern Africa (RDGS) office functions fall under the major areas of country programming, project administration, promoting participation, regional integration, and aid coordination, in line with the partnership principles and with a view to increasing development effectiveness and impact. The office requires the services of a Quality Assurance Consultant to assist with the quality review for policies compliance and alignment to relevant strategies of documents transmitted from RDGS that include Project Appraisal Reports (PARs), Project Completion Reports (PCRs), Country Strategy Paper (CSP) and related documents.
To this end, RDGS is seeking one experienced Consultant who will support the Director General on policy compliance, strategy alignment, partnering for synergy with relevant agencies or organisations in delivering quality analytical work and design of the operations programme documents.
This consultancy aims to support the high-level quality assurance function in the RDGS Delivery Team. The consultant will review alignment to the relevant Bank policies, strategies, and other key corporate objectives the Bank ascribes to such as the sustainable development goals, climate change agreements, etc. in all the programming and operation documents.
The Consultant will support the DG to ensure that all RDGS generated Bank documents are of high-quality standards in both content and presentation.
