The primary purpose of this assignment is to support the AMAP Programme Officer in fulfilling its obligations in terms of the SEFA Operations Procedures with particular emphasis on procurement, contract management and general administration. AMAP is a technical assistant (TA) facility that procures the services of individual consultants and firms to implement a range of ToRs across programme pillars in fulfilment of the programme objectives. The contracts and administration manager will be tasked with ensuring that the TA contracts are managed through from identification to completion in line with approved SEFA OPD, Bank policies and project/contract agreements.
