The Capital Markets Development Division (PIFD2) within the Financial Sector Development Department (PIFD) of the African Development Bank (“AfDB” or the “Bank”) will require the Services of a Junior Capital Markets operations specialist, hereafter the “Consultant”, to (i) support the day-to-day management of the Capital Markets Development Trust Fund, (ii) support the design, implementation, and supervision of Technical Assistance (TA) operations and (iii) assist in the implementation of various initiatives of the Division’s growing business operations and activities in Africa.
