The assignment involves the design, facilitation, and documentation of the YouthADAPT Stakeholder Validation Workshop to support preparation of the next cycle of the YouthADAPT Programme. The consulting firm will support pre-workshop planning and design, including agenda development, facilitation approach, and preparation of discussion materials; facilitate the two-day stakeholder workshop, ensuring structured and inclusive discussions; and deliver post-workshop synthesis and reporting of key insights, lessons learned, and recommendations. The assignment aims to validate the proposed YouthADAPT Delivery Model and Implementation Roadmap, gather practical inputs from ecosystem actors including founders, venture capital firms, other investors, venture studios, and entrepreneurship support organisations, and translate these inputs into clear, actionable guidance to inform final programme design and implementation.
