The African Development Bank (the Bank) hereby invites individual consultants to express their interest in providing services as Mid-Term Review (MTR) Consultant for the Africa Fertilizer Financing Mechanism (AFFM).
Interested applicants must provide information demonstrating that they possess the required qualifications and professional experience to successfully carry out the Mid-Term Review. This includes a detailed Curriculum Vitae, description of similar assignments previously undertaken, evidence of experience with evaluation or review missions, references, and any relevant documentation substantiating their capacity to perform the assignment. Expressions of Interest should clearly indicate the candidate’s nationality, country of residence, and contact details.
The eligibility criteria, establishment of a shortlist, and selection process shall follow the Bank’s Procurement Policy for the Recruitment of Individual Consultants.

1. General qualifications and adequacy for the assignment to be undertaken 20
2. Experience in the area of the assignment and in the country/countries where the work will be undertaken 50
3. Language proficiency 10
4. Experience in working with the fertilizer sector, with the Bank and/or multilateral public and/or private development organizations 10
5. Experience in working in Africa 10
