This assignment will assess priority value chains in Namibia and analyse opportunities for youth-led entrepreneurship within those sectors. It will map the profiles, needs and constraints of young entrepreneurs, evaluate the existing SME support ecosystem, and determine the feasibility of establishing an integrated One-Stop Support Service to improve youth business performance and access to markets. The study will generate actionable recommendations to guide the design of the upcoming Results-Based Financing operation on youth employment and enterprise development.
