Purpose of the job

Conducting analysis for the CBU segments to support decision making

Duties and Responsibilities

Support in pre- and post-launch assessments for offers, products, and campaigns to evaluate performance and ROI.
Analyze market and internal KPIs to identify commercial trends, opportunities, and challenges.
Prepare regular analytical reports and dashboards to support management decisions.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (CVM, Marketing, Sales, Finance) to deliver actionable insights.
Perform data validation and number crunching to ensure high data accuracy and reliability.
Support in automating and enhancing recurring analysis and performance reports.

Job specification

Education

Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.

Strong analytical and numerical skills.

Good command of Excel and PowerPoint (knowledge of SQL or Power BI is a plus).

Strong attention to detail, with the ability to interpret and visualize data clearly.
