Key Responsibilities
· Manages assigned customers and budget base; pursues and secures business in line with the business objectives.
· Probes and identifies customer needs and provides solutions.
· Builds a good understanding of target customers and the assigned account base.
· Communicates significant trends, rate changes and policies to assigned accounts.
· Researches and understands the territory to identify and establish business contacts with potential customers.
· Researches and analyses competitive and industry trends.
· Ensures customer relationship management tools are updated on time and are of excellent quality.
· Be responsible of the integrated Sales portfolio in Tunisia and act as Local Client Manager for Global Key clients and runways.
Who we are looking for
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
•5+ years of experience in commercial positions, preferably in the shipping and logistics industry
• Sales experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English is a MUST
• Experience in Salesforce or any other CRM is desirable
• Results oriented person and ability to work with targets
• Must possess strong planning, organizational, and time management skills
• Strong client facing and excellent communication and influencing without authority skills
• Must be self-motivated and able to follow direction and ability to work independently or as a team
• Ability to work in a changing environment while maintaining a high level Communication and process improvement.
