The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) is the world’s largest humanitarian organization, with a network of 192-member National Societies. Job Purpose
Sob a supervisão e orientação directa do oficial da frota, o motorista será responsável pela condução da equipa da IFRC e dos materiais e equipamentos para as actividades do programa e executará, se necessário, diversas tarefas relacionadas com o trabalho.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Conduzir os funcionários do programa IFRC de uma forma segura e cordial, e de acordo com as regras e regulamentos do IFRC para motoristas.
• Obedecer sempre à política de veículos e procedimentos operacionais da IFRC (uso do livro de bordo, não beber e conduzir, cintos de segurança, etc.).
• Responsável pela limpeza diária do interior/exterior do veículo.
• Conforme as avaliações diárias matinais das condições das estradas e da situação de segurança quando em campo ou em viagem para o campo.
• Informar os Departamentos de Logística e Segurança na partida/chegada e partida dos locais de campo.
• Inspeccionar e registar diariamente o estado do veículo; Preparar a lista de controlo de manutenção semanal.
• Assegurar a manutenção e assistência técnica pontual dos veículos IFRC, reportar ao Departamento de Logística quaisquer problemas mecánicos.
• Assegurar que o veículo está seguro e que todos os documentos legais estão sempre em ordem; informar o Departamento de Logística com três semanas de antecedência sobre quaisquer renovações devidas (ou seja, seguro, licença de circulação, etc.).
• Responsável por todo o equipamento e peças sobressalentes do veículo. A perda negligente do equipamento resultará em demissão imediata ou dedução equivalente no salário.
• Garantir a segurança do veículo e a segurança ao estacionar.
• Assegurar que o veículo nunca esteja sobrecarregado e só transporte passageiros da IFRC. • Auxiliar o Departamento de Logística no carregamento e descarregamento de cargas.
• Auxiliar os funcionários se não houver outra tarefa.
• Auxiliar em quaisquer outras tarefas exigidas pelo seu Supervisor.
• Respeitar sempre os limites de velocidade de condução.
• Auxiliar em quaisquer outras tarefas, conforme exigido pelo seu Supervisor.
• Assegurar-se sempre de que os passageiros que viajam usam o cinto de segurança
• Garantir que não haja passageiros não autorizados no veículo, a menos que uma autorização seja assinada.
• Inspecciona visualmente e testa mutuamente o veículo antes da partida.
• Obedecer a todas as regras e regulamentos de trânsito no País.
• Mantém o diário de bordo do veículo actualizado e com todas as informações necessárias.
• Obedecer a todos os sinais de trânsito e regras de condução definidas pela IFRC. Manter um inventário de todas as ferramentas e acessórios no veículo
