Department introduction:
Carrefour West Territory Merchandise Center (TMC) was founded in April 2015; the total turnover is up to 5.3 billion at the end of 2017. West TMC is responsible for all merchandises issues in west area, covering 42 stores in Sichuan, Chongqing, Guizhou, Yunnan, and Xinjiang regions.
We have 161 employees working in 7 departments (Grocery, Non Food, Fresh, Marketing, Pricing and SDD). All the departments work together to ensure the good sales and stock rotation of 57,000 items.
Missions:
-Be responsible for the category of sales, gross margin and cost
-Participate in the communication among headquarters, TMC and stores
-Analyze the monthly sales report in order to understand import food sales and margin status
-Optimize regional products categories by monthly sales analysis and terminating a single product with poor sales of newly developed products.
-Review the weekly negative margin list to complete negotiations on new purchase price of negative margin Item
-To complete the negotiation and implementation of promotional activities (Digital Marketing / Leaflet / Fair / newspaper) according to communication plan.
-Supplier & regional vendor’s management.
-In charge of the annual contract negotiations
Required profile:
+2 years experience are requested (no exception)
Master degree in business administration
Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English
Chinese basic knowledge.
Business-oriented
Negotiation skills, imported food sales experience.
