The Climate Change and Green Growth Department (PECG) is finalizing the Africa Climate Change Fund (ACCF) – funded project "Cocoa Livelihoods Resilience - enhancing the resilience of smallholder cocoa farmers in Côte d’Ivoire through piloting the Adaptation Benefits Mechanism". To that effect, it is looking for an independent consultant to prepare a Project Completion Report (PCR), according to the African Development Bank (AfDB)/ACCF standards, guidelines, and procedures.
