Under Mission 300 (M300), the African Development Bank (AfDB), through the Africa Energy Sector Technical Assistance Program (AESTAP) and coordinated by the Energy Financial Solutions, Policy and Regulation Department (PESR) and Power Systems Development Department (PESD), supports the implementation of Zambia’s National Energy Compact by assisting in the establishment of its Compact Delivery and Monitoring Unit (CDMU). In this context, the Bank is supporting the recruitment of the Zambia CDMU Program Coordinator, who assists in coordinating and executing the Program’s activities, acts as interim Director in the Director’s absence, represents the Director in internal and external meetings, supports daily management, provides advice and guidance, and prepares notes, analyses, memos, and reports on the reforms supported by the Program.
