An Individual Consultant for the preparation of a project completion report (PCR) of two AfDB Technical Assistance Projects in Energy Regulation (PESR Department).
The PESR1 department is seeking an individual consultant to prepare an AfDB-compliant Project Completion Report (PCR) covering several technical assistance initiatives under the Africa Energy Transition Catalyst program. These initiatives include projects in Nigeria on battery energy storage and electricity sector reforms, as well as support for the African Union’s energy transition strategy and regional regulatory harmonization in COMESA. The consultant will also help finalize an ongoing PCR for a regional project funded under the Regional Public Good program. Overall, PESR1 provides technical assistance and policy support to strengthen energy regulation, improve capacity, and advance Africa’s energy access, security, and decarbonization goals.
