The African Development Bank Group (AfDB) is seeking the services of a Consulting Firm or Consortium (“Consultant”) to undertake various activities relating to the establishment of the New African Financial Architecture for Development (NAFAD) Infrastructure Investment Facility (NIIF for the purposes of these ToRs) and the preparation of a comprehensive Feasibility Study, in line with the Abidjan Consensus of April 9, 2026.
