Key Responsibilities :
Develop strategic accounts organically, and acquire new (potential key account) customers,
Establish and maintain relationships with strategic partners and potential customers. Utilize strong industry relationships /networks to «open doors»,
Identify and execute upon new growth opportunities, such as new geographies, customer segments, and needs. Drive the sales pipeline and maximize market growth potential,
Reliably deliver targeted business results and commercial value over the short, medium, and long term,
Build and execute complex customer-centric sales plans, strategies, and analytics to drive market penetration and provide the foundation for high volume growth and scalability,
Develop and implement sales capabilities, including best-in-class performance metrics, go-to-market strategies, and effective processes, that lead to sustainable success and instill strong sales disciplines,
Act as a strong customer advocate, improving and enhancing the business’s credibility and reputation. Partner with customers with confidence, gravitas, and expertise but also a high level of humility.
Build and develop a high-performing Sales team in Egypt. Help lead the next phase of growth for Maersk and contribute to the company’s strategic development.
Establish trusted partnerships with other members of the Maersk team. Make a strong contribution to the overall organization, bringing a spirit of collaboration and partnership to the business.
