Job Title :Pedagogical Manager (1st and 2nd Year)
Job Summary :As the pedagogical manager you will be in constant contact with other pedagogical teams of the different EPITECH campuses.
Missions and activities related to the position :
Pedagogical missions
- Be the pedagogical reference of the students
- Ensure the follow-up of courses, projects and events
- Ensure the planning and management of activities
- Contribute to the general dynamic of the undergradutes and the team
- Supervise the pedagogical assistants
- Maintain a level of excellence in overall education
Individual follow-up mission for the students
- Ensure individual coaching of the students
- Organise regular interviews with the student managers
Hierachical Position :ThePedagogical Managercarries out his / her missions under the supervision of the Pedagogical Department.
Position Features :
- Location : Cotonou (Benin)
- Time/Hours : 40 hours weekly
3. Candidate Profile description
Education : Minimum of a bachelor degree in Computer Science
Experience : Justify a professional experience of at least three (03) years

Résumé du poste : En tant que Responsable pédagogique vous serez en lien permanent avec les autres équipes pédagogiques des différents campus EPITECH.
Missions et activités liées au poste à pourvoir :
Missions pédagogiques
- Être le / la référent(e) pédagogique des étudiants
- Assurer le suivi des cours, des projets et des évènements
- Assurer la planification, la gestion des activités
- Contribuer à la dynamique générale de la promotion et de l’équipe
- Encadrer les assistants pédagogiques
- Maintenir le niveau d’excellence de la formation
Missions de suivi individuel des étudiants
- Assurer le coaching individuel des étudiants
- Organiser des entretiens réguliers avec les référents des étudiants
Position hiérarchique : Le/LaResponsable pédagogique assure ses missions sous la supervisionde laDirection pédagogique.

3. Description du profil du candidat
Formation : Au minimum un BAC+3 en informatique
Expérience : Justifier d’une expérience professionnelle d’au moins trois (03) ans.
