1.Support the Africa Sales team in line with the global Cyber Security strategy of International Carriers
2.Responsible for proposing to customers via Sales an optimal service, a financial and operational solution leveraging Orange International Carriers existing / emerging Cyber Security solutions, customer specific development and third party services
3.Support account management team in defining scope of solution and create compelling customer specific propositions by creatively bundling our cyber security services capability and those available through third party
4.Ensures seamless integration and interoperability between all service blocks and components
5.Obtaining solution design validation directly with technical architecture team, service delivery organizations and cyber security business units
6.Functional work activity will include amongst others ¿development of technical architecture;
¿Service level agreements;
¿Overall solution costing;
¿Delivery planning; and
¿Offer elaboration inclusive of customer facing activities such as presentations and negotiations as required
7.Working together with the Sales Team to improve IC cyber security sales performance and results
8.Pilot the design of technical and commercial offers, and initiates the delivery step
9.Coordination of commercial offers set-up in order to complete profitable and feasible offers matching customer needs and planning : technical solution design and related feasibility study, pricing/profitability contributions
10.Hand over the service implementation to delivery team providing relevant inputs gathered during pre-sales feasibility study. Liaising with sales, marketing and product factory in order to contribute to IC products portfolio evolution : feedback on customer needs, contribution to non-standard solutions and products experimentation
11.Drive the development of cyber security non-standard offers. Addressing regional requirements from carriers / OTTs
12.Improves deal qualification by providing a solution perspective:
Assessing the customer fit with Orange capabilities
Assessment to determine whether or not there is a true business opportunity
Understanding the key win themes including customer budget, solution “must haves”, critical service levels impacting the business
13. Responsible for continuously looking into cyber security digital technology evolution/opportunities with the ambition to increase and improve client relationship and grow the (profitable) business and value of services delivered by Orange

•Business financial skills, e.g. understand business case concept (pricing/costing /risks provision, …) and the impact of changing elements on NPV, payback margin, “Commercial acumen”

•“On top of” current cyber security trends, Mobile trends, Business Market understanding e.g. Mobile industry – Data trends (subsea cable developments, CDNs, Content and Gaming industry)

1.Education ¿BSc degree in cyber security / telecommunications or information technology and systems or equivalent relevant degree
2.Experience: 5+ years related work experience in customer facing organizations within cyber security consulting group, integrators, IT industry or technology
5+ years of experience in pre-sales customer facing organization in the cyber security industry that addresses Wholesale telecom customers (MNOs, OTTs)
Proven track record in creating and positioning cyber security solutions to client needs
